Our Porter is a full-bodied dark beer that often prompts questions about its similarities to a Stout. In contrast to our Pale Ale, known for its hop-forward character, the Porter takes a malt-forward approach. An easy-drinking lager, drawing inspiration from the maltiness of the original Czech Pilsner while incorporating a local twist with hops grown in George. The combination of malty, earthy, and spicy
flavors creates a well-rounded taste profile. Our addition of the direct derivative of the Saaz hops known as Southern Aroma pays homage to the original Czech Pilsner while adding an intriguing dimension to the brew.

Our malty English-style IPA celebrates our region’s agricultural abundance by utilizing fresh ingredients offered by our local hop farms. This fresh hop addition produces subtle mango, citrus, and pineapple flavors, creating a well-balanced and proudly local brew.
